Items can be canceled for a full refund up until shipment.

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Return and exchange policy

We take great pride with our products with every item being inspected very carefully prior to being shipped out. Refunds are given if there has been a mistake on our part, or if we were unable to ship the item purchased. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer you the ability to exchange for another size, color, or style within 7 days once received. Custom Orders are non-refundable and non- exchangeable. It takes a high level of commitment and effort on our part to customize dresses just the way you want them. Please refer to our measurement guide and size chart very carefully before you select the size. Prior to placing the Custom Order, feel free to contact our personal designer who can guide you through the process. They can discuss various styles, sizes and colors before you place the order. You can do this by sending us an email.

When contacting us regarding your order, please include the reason for your dissatisfaction. We at Sofia Perrey incorporation strive to provide only the best quality products all while providing friendly, helpful customer service. Once contacted, we will gladly discuss your issue and gladly exchange your dress, top or skirt if it does not work for you. However we will not accept any returns that: show evidence of any wear, contain stains of any kind such as makeup, smell of cigarette smoke or perfume, or any alteration of any kind. Please also note that although we work with you to provide free standard shipping on your initial order, we will not pay for the shipments for exchanges or returns. We have this policy, to insure that we further are able to provide all customers with Free Standard Shipping on their orders.
